- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of commerce
- Advise students on academic and career matters
- Participate in departmental and college committees as needed
- Contribute to the research and academic activities of the department
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Engage in professional development activities to remain current in the field

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Masters degree in Commerce or a related field
- Strong teaching experience at the college level
- Demonstrated research and publication record
- Commitment to the mission and vision of the college
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
