Location: Kashipur, (Uttarakhand)

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Working Hours: 8 hours/day

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage shift operations to ensure smooth production flow
- Allocate tasks and manage workforce during the shift
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
- Maintain shift records and reports
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues during the shift

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle manpower and resolve on-floor challenges
- Knowledge of production planning and reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
