**Job Title**: Architecture and Interior Designer

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and requirements for architectural and interior design projects.
- Develop design concepts and presentations that effectively communicate proposed solutions.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design concept and meet client specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other project team members to ensure designs are executed accurately and according to schedule.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, verify measurements, and monitor construction progress.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices in architecture and interior design.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and correspondence to ensure efficient project management and record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
- **Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit**:

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including both residential and commercial spaces.
- Membership in relevant professional organizations or certifications is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
