ROLE Senior SAP QM Consultant

ROLE DESCRIPTION- The Senior QM Consultant will be responsible for issue diagnosis, analysis and solutioning of the Quality Management process area in a project. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES on PROJECTSServe as conduit between business and technology. Assist clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP S4 HANA Quality Management functions.- Architecting, designing and SAP QM module implementation for the Customer. Lead project teams for implementation. Understand client system and assist clients in support of SAP S4 HANA QM and plan to manufacture Products. Supervise and mentor project subordinates and manage client engagements.- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for BRISTLECONE PLAN TO MANUFACTURE PRACTICELiaising with Pre Sales Teams to help grow the Business around Plan to Manufacture in line with Organizational Strategy and Practice Goals. Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for SAP QM and Plan to Manufacture to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecone footprint globally.- Build Assets, Pre Configured Solutions and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve Participate in Assessment, Scoping and Estimation activities for RFQs.Participate in suggesting or leading Process Improvement for the Practice. Understanding, analysing, explore and test new features introduced in S4HANA Quality Management processes. Build technical competency and knowledge management. Build strong business relationships with potential clients. Track and align with technology updates in S4HANA editions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- EXPERIENCEMinimum 8 years of experience in SAP ECC QM or SAP S4 HANA QM for RB 5.Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ECC QM or SAP S4 HANA QM for RB 4.Functional proficiency in various kind of projects like Green field Implementations or Rollouts or Upgradation specific to SAP Production Planning i.e. SAP ECC or S4 HANA.Experience in Production Support and developments raised by change request. Certification in SAP QM and SAP S4HANA Manufacturing will be an added advantage.

PROCESS KNOWLEDGE- Shall be well versed with end to end process for Quality Management involving inspection methods, result recording, usage decision and quality notifications.Shall able to differentiate between various inspection methods like receiving inspection, in process inspection and final inspection.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE- Configuration knowledge in quality management involving catalogue types, quality procedures, code groups, inspection characteristics, control key, notification types, number ranges etc.Master data creation for QM involving master inspection characteristics, inspection plan and quality info record.- Experience in unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizations. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.End to end impact assessment and flawless solution design. Basic understanding of integration with other modules of SAP especially PP, MM, SD, FI and CO.
