**Profile - BESS Trainer (Battery Energy Storage Systems)**

**Qualification - Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.**

**Experience - Min 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in BESS installation, operation, or service. Solid understanding of battery technologies (preferably lithium-ion), BMS, PCS/inverters, and EMS.**

Salary - Upto 3.6 LPA

Location - Jaipur*

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver technical training sessions (theoretical and practical) on BESS technology, including system architecture, battery chemistry, safety protocols, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training content, manuals, SOPs, and assessments.
- Support new employee onboarding by providing foundational knowledge of BESS systems.
- Conduct live demonstrations and hands-on sessions with BESS components (inverters, BMS, battery modules, EMS, etc.).
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, standards, and innovations in battery storage technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure training aligns with current practices and product updates.
- Ensure training complies with all safety and industry regulations.
- Willingness to travel to training sites, client locations, or field projects when necessary.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards for BESS (UL, IEC, IEEE, etc.) is a plus.
