Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- **Teaching**: Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons for Classes 9th and 10th, aligned with CBSE and ICSE syllabi.
- **Lesson Planning**: Prepare structured lesson plans, practice tests, and study materials to enhance student understanding and performance.
- **Concept Clarity**: Simplify complex mathematical concepts (e.g., Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics) to ensure student comprehension.
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- **Doubt Resolution**: Address student queries and provide additional support through doubt-clearing sessions.
- **Parental Engagement**: Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic needs.
- **Curriculum Adherence**: Ensure lessons align with the latest CBSE and ICSE guidelines and standards.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment to foster student engagement.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education (B.Ed. preferred). A Master’s degree in Mathematics is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of CBSE and ICSE Mathematics syllabi for Classes 9th and 10th.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms is an advantage.
