- Actively engage with walk-in customers and understand their needs
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, and finance options clearly and confidently
- Maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to generate leads and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership
- Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rate
- Coordinate with the sales manager and team for smooth operations
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any field
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Outgoing personality with leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively
- Previous experience in auto sales is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
