**Job Description**:
1) Bachelor's degree or equivalent in 3D Visualizer & Interior Designer

2) A minimum of 2 years of experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp,3D Visualizer & Interior Designer, and a portfolio that exemplifies proficiency in the development of design and construction documentation.

3) Familiarity with relevant building codes and accessibility requirements and experience in developing technical detailing for both new construction and renovation projects.

4) Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Mood Board creation, V ray or other design software, as well as the ability to visualize design concepts in 3D and 2D drawings for Residential.

5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work within project teams.

6) Sincere, dedicated, one who can work professionally according to the latest trends, or suggestions by Seniors within lime limits.

7) Open to travel and present designs as required.

**Job Description**:
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and V-Ray is essential. Ability to visualize design concepts in both 3D and 2D drawings for residential projects.

4. Basic familiarity with relevant building codes and accessibility requirements is preferred. Enthusiasm to learn about technical detailing for new construction and renovation projects is expected.

7. Willingness to travel and present design ideas as required.
