Job role - SELLER MANAGEMENT ( same as Flipkart RE )

**Job Description**:
the agent has to take care of all kinds of issues queries and any concern the seller has.
Has to manage the seller accounts i,e manage thier sales make strategies to increase the sales,retain the sellers ,analyze why the customers are not viewing the sellers product,how to increase the reach of the sellers,if there is any special service or subscription is there the agent needs to encourage the seller to purchase that service.

Qualification - any Graduate
Experience - Minimum 1 year ecommerce seller support experience - mandatory
fresher can also apply
English and Hindi fluency
6 days working
Sunday fixed off
Timings : 8 - 8 (9 hours shift)

WFO - Bangalore

CTC - upto 25000/-pm
Take-Home - 20362/-pm
Quarterly bonus - 3744/
