**Mode-**Work from Office 5 days

**Notice Period-**Preferred immediate/early joiners.

**Required skills**:

- This position will focus on configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation) throughout the implementation & support lifecycles
- Creating HCM Extracts and delivery options for extracts
- Writing Fast Formulae in the Journey, Absence, and Payroll modules.
- Effectively leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments and Configurations and drive project deliverables
- Troubleshooting production issues.
- Designing PaaS components.
- Designing, updating, and implementing user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security
- Adding and managing users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business
- Work with internal staff, third-party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
- Developing HCM KPIs, metrics reports, and dashboards.
- Viewing and monitoring service details and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime
- Functioning as the primary point of contact for issues in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Documenting system requirements and process flows.
- Partnering with development and product teams to identify issues, driving issue resolution
- Maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

- 7+ years of experience configuring, supporting and deploying Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation).
- 10+ years of overall HCM experience as a techno-functional consultant.
