We are seeking a motivated and dynamic MBA graduate with a passion for sales and marketing to join our team as a Field Marketing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known brand in the building materials industry, specifically focusing on designer bricks and stones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and establish relationships with builders, architects, and contractors.
- Promote and demonstrate our product range to prospective customers, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback from customers to improve our offerings and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target audience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the brand.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies.

**Salary**:
CTC: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
