A picker and packer's job description involves ,This job is also known as an order picker. **Responsibilities**
- **Picking**: Locate items on shelves using barcodes or serial numbers. Pick the correct items and quantity based on customer orders.
- **Packing**: Pack the items safely in the appropriate packaging. Ensure the packages are sealed and labeled.
- **Moving**: Move the completed orders to the shipping area.
- **Tracking**: Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors.
- **Quality checks**: Check items for damage or defects before shipment.
- **Using technology**: Use smartphones or handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
- **Loading and unloading**: Load and unload stock and organize it in the warehouse.
- **Logging**: Log relevant shipping, order, and label paperwork.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, Skilled in efficiently packing and shipping orders, Inventory management, and Warehouse organization.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
