**Job Title**: Manual Application Tester

Location : Bengaluru

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Application Testing**:
**Bug Identification and Reporting**:
Create detailed bug reports that include precise steps to reproduce issues, screenshots, and device information.

Prioritize and track reported issues and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

**Usability Testing**:
Evaluate the user interface and overall user experience to ensure it is intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's design standards.

**Compatibility Testing**:
**Performance Testing**:
**Security Testing**:
Collaborate with the security team to conduct security testing, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure the protection of sensitive data.

**Documentation**:
Maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation to provide a comprehensive record of testing activities.

**Feedback and Communication**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to address testing-related issues.

**Stay Informed**:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in mobile app testing tools, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with both Android and iOS mobile platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a methodical approach to testing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of programming and debugging to better understand and report issues.
- A solid grasp of quality assurance and testing principles.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹350,147.33 - ₹7,000,000.00 per year
