**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales**:
- **Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.**:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Track and report on sales activities, providing regular updates to the management.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

- Client Communication:
- **Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on order status.**:
- Handle client requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other sales documents as needed.
- Coordinate client visits, presentations, and meetings with the sales team.
- Market Research:
- **Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in international markets.**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies for target markets.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- **Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation for management review.**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required documentation for international shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- **Work closely with internal departments, including production, logistics, finance, and marketing, to coordinate sales activities and ensure seamless operations.**:
- Assist and participate in organizing international trade shows, exhibitions, and sales meetings, including logístical arrangements and promotional materials.
- Support the marketing team in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Compliance:
- **Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export/import laws, and company policies.**:
- Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations and advise the sales team and clients accordingly.
- Assist in obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and certifications for international shipments.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international sales or sales coordination or logistics.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
