We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to join our team, focusing on advanced configuration and management to enhance our project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Complex Workflow Configuration: Design, implement, and maintain complex workflows tailored to the needs of various teams.
Script Management: Utilize scripting with behaviours to automate processes and improve user experience within Jira.
Plugin Management: Evaluate, install, and manage Jira plugins, ensuring they align with business needs and enhance functionality.
Scheme Configurations: Configure and maintain issue type schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, and other related settings to optimize project workflows.
Node Handling: Manage and optimize node configurations for performance and reliability within Jira instances.
Architectural Oversight: Understand and maintain the overall architecture of Jira, ensuring best practices in system design and integrations.
User Support and Training: Provide advanced support to users, conducting training sessions on complex features and workflows.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and development teams to ensure compliance and seamless integration with other tools.
