- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 3+ years' of technical SEO experience
- Managing a monetized website asset
- Expert in all search engines and website monetization functions

**Your Tasks**:

- Setup and launch an online media website, ensuring optimal SEO performance and monetization opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify target topics and optimize website content.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to create a user-friendly and visually appealing website layout.
- Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and internal linking for improved search engine visibility.
- Implement monetization strategies such as ad placements, sponsored content, and affiliate marketing partnerships.
- Regularly monitor website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, engagement, and revenue generation from different monetization channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting SEO and monetization strategies accordingly.
- Provide recommendations for website enhancements, content optimization, and revenue optimization initiatives.

**Your Profile**:

- Solid experience in search engine optimization, with a focus on launching and optimizing online media websites.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies and driving organic traffic to websites.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and user experience (UX) principles.
- Familiarity with website monetization methods, including ad placements, sponsored content, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and monetization.
