Requirement for sales coordinator

Qualification : B. Tech/ B. E/ Diploma business administration or similar field

CTC : 4-5 LPA

Gender : only female

Location : Mahim (Mumbai)

Work experience required : 5- 7years in sales coordinator

Skill requirement:

- knowledge of computer operating system and MS office software etc.
- previous working experience into same domain
- good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.

Role & responsibilities
- Leads & inquiries management, Back office support sales & Marketing.
- maintaining inquiry/ Tender resister, while following up & tracking the various stages of inquiry, namely costing & estimation, offer submission, Negotiation & order awarding to order receipt and processing.
- Generating leads, inquiries & processing market research data thought online & web platform agencies.

Post sales order management
- issuing internal work order against every order
- Following up with internal departments like production, quality, Commercials. Etc get to get delivery schedule.
- maintaining order wise weekly schedule, while coordinating with PPC, operations, RM Purchase, Quality, dispatch and sales.
- Billing coordination bridge between customer and factory billing, customer documents for billing followup like Di, GRN/MRN, site reconciliation and payment follow-up with customer, Bank A/cs and sales & market team.
- maintain order wise and overall collection plan for the month and week, while coordinating with sales head and sales manager.
- Prepare MIS reports like tender resister, Enquiry and quotation register, Order conversation and orders lost data, customer database, customer visit reports, billing and collection registers.

Maintain data daily basis, Follow Up through E-mail, arrange meetings with the customer etc.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
