**Job Title**: Python Faculty

**Location**: Navrangpura

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design, develop, and update Python programming course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and exams.
- **Instruction**: Deliver engaging and effective classroom and online instruction in Python programming to students with varying levels of expertise.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, exams, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns, and helping them achieve their academic and career goals.
- **Technology Integration**: Incorporate the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in Python programming to enhance the learning experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum and instructional methods, and participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
- **Research & Development**: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python programming and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in Python programming and teaching/training.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Python, including libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Flask, Django, etc.
- **Teaching Skills**: Demonstrated ability to teach and explain complex technical concepts to students in a clear and understandable manner.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in Python programming or teaching are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with online teaching platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies.
- Experience in developing and delivering bootcamps or intensive training programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,050.58 - ₹25,000.00 per month
