Job Title: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Multi-Tasking

Reports to: Senior Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Income Tax:

- Preparation and filing of individual and corporate tax returns
- Handling tax audits and assessments
- Tax planning and advisory services

2. ROC Work:

- Filing of annual returns and other documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
- Handling company incorporation and registration
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and rules

3. Registration Work:

- Handling GST registration and compliance
- Registration and compliance under other indirect taxes
- Obtaining and renewing business licenses and registrations

4. Additional Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping and accounting
- Financial statement preparation
- Auditing and assurance services (as required)
- Providing support to senior CAs and management

**Requirements**:

- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2-3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, ROC, and Registration requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
