**Job Title**: Commis 3 - North Indian Cuisine
**Location**: Chikkamagalur, Karnataka
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year (North Indian Cuisine)

**Responsibilities**
- Assist senior chefs in preparing authentic North Indian dishes.
- Support with cutting, chopping, marination, and mise-en-place.
- Learn and execute recipes under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
- Properly store raw and cooked ingredients.
- Assist in buffet setups, live counters, or ala carte service as required.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in a North Indian kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of North Indian gravies, breads, tandoor, and snacks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Chikkamagalur.
