Shift Incharge

**ey Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production/operations meet quality, quantity, and timeline targets.
- Allocate manpower and resources efficiently for optimal performance.
- Monitor equipment and machinery, ensuring they are operated safely and properly.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies during the shift.
- Maintain accurate shift reports (production, downtime, incidents, etc.).
- Coordinate handovers between shifts to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Train and guide workers on proper methods, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Handle minor maintenance issues or escalate to maintenance teams as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or quality issues.
- Ensure inventory accuracy (raw materials, finished goods, etc.).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
- Report shift-wise performance, issues, and incidents to senior management.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering / Manufacturing / Logistics (depending on industry).
- 3-5 years of experience in shift management or team lead roles.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and quality standards.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to handle pressure and multi-task.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems).
- Familiarity with workplace safety practices (such as OSHA, if applicable).

Pay: ₹14,312.47 - ₹20,447.23 per month
