**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Call Handling**:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Address inquiries professionally and ensure effective communication.
- **Petty Cash Management**:
- Handle and maintain petty cash transactions.
- Record expenses accurately and submit detailed reports when required.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other administrative duties.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum High School or equivalent.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
