
Front Desk Receptionist Hotel

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain guest records and process reservations efficiently.
- Handle payments, billing, and cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service.
- Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
- professionally resolve guest complaints and issues.
- Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk area at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (Hotel Management preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management software).
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality is an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
