We are seeking a talented and motivated architect with a Minimum of One year of experience to join our team. As an architect at "**Aetas Design Studio**", you will have the opportunity to work on various exciting projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients and team members to develop project requirements and design specifications.

Create detailed architectural drawings and plans.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Participate in site visits and inspections.

Work with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Skills to coordinate multiple projects independently.

Skills to interact and coordinate with clients, vendors, and labors.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.

One years of architectural experience.

Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Sketcup,Photoshop** and other relevant design software.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Architectural license (preferred but not required).

Previous experience in handling independent projects.
