**Logistics Manager**

**A Transport Executive is responsible for maintaining the transport records, preparing MIS reports, preparing vouchers, submitting the invoices and keeping maintenance and diesel reports.**

**Primary Responsibilities**

**1. Maintaining records of Drivers**

**2. Ensure that all transportation equipment are well-maintained and in good working order and to keep its maintenance record.**

**3. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain necessary permits and licenses. RTO work related to all vehicles.**

**4. Keeping the record of bills from the transporters and making necessary payments**

**5. Submitting the invoices to the Principal**

**7. Preparing LGPS, BPCL and fast-tag reports**

**8. To Prepare E-way bill**

**9. To keep a check on Diesel Reports**

**10. Maintain transportation-related documentation**

**11. Connection for Sourcing of Drivers**

**Secondary Responsibilities**

**1. Petty Cash voucher checking and get it audited**

**2. Preparing reports of all vehicles**

**3. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any transportation-related issues that may arise.**

**Education Qualification**

**Any Graduate**

**Experience**

**Minimum 3 Years in Relevant Field**
