Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs across various mediums. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and design requirements.

Example: Work with the marketing team to create a series of social media graphics to promote a new product launch, ensuring the designs align with the brand guidelines and capture the attention of the target audience.

Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project briefs and creative direction.

Example: Create a visually stunning brochure design for a travel agency, incorporating captivating images, engaging typography, and a well-organized layout to effectively showcase their services and destinations.

Use industry-standard design software to create and manipulate visual assets, including logos, illustrations, icons, and images.

Ensure designs are visually appealing, cohesive, and consistent with the brand's visual identity.

Example: Design a series of web banners for an e-commerce website, ensuring that the color schemes, typography, and overall style align with the existing brand guidelines to maintain brand consistency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, web development, and copywriting, to create integrated design solutions.

Example: Work with the web development team to create a visually compelling and user-friendly interface design for a new website, ensuring a seamless user experience and responsive design across different devices.

Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions into the design process.

Example: Meet with a client to present a set of packaging designs for their new product, explaining the design choices and incorporating their feedback to refine the final packaging design.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software advancements to continuously enhance design skills.

Example: Research and experiment with the latest design trends, such as incorporating mínimalist and flat design elements, to create modern and visually impactful designs for a digital marketing campaign.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design is a plus.

Knowledge of printing processes and requirements for print production.

**Salary**: ₹11,925.40 - ₹25,000.00 per month
