Ecommerce Restocking

**Job Title**: E-Commerce Restocking (Fresher)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our E-Commerce team as a Restocking Associate. This entry-level role involves managing inventory, restocking products and ensuring accurate stock levels. You will work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor stock levels on the e-commerce platform and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to track inventory availability.
- Update product listings to reflect current stock levels and availability.
- Identify fast-moving products and ensure sufficient stock to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with suppliers or vendors to place restock orders as needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of stock management tools and processes to optimize inventory.
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, replenishment timelines, and sales trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems (training provided).
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
