- Senior Manager - Global Security Risk and Intelligence,
- Global Security Command Centre (GSCC) - Global Security Group (GSG),
- Wipro, Bangalore
- Overview
- The Senior Manager - Global Security Risk and Intelligence, Global Security Command Centre (GSCC) will
- be responsible for managing, coordinating, refining and executing security threat intelligence analysis, risk
- assessment and security operations. This position will develop and oversee all implemented processes and
- tasks pertaining to the analysis and production of global security assessments and specialised products in
- consultation with internal clients and senior leadership. This position will conduct and support strategic
- and operational analysis of security threats and geopolitical risks faced by Wipro and its businesses
- globally, including geopolitical and regional conflicts, political and social unrest, organised crime,
- terrorism, actions by non-state actors, rule of law and economic instability, among others. The Senior
- Manager concerned will be responsible for leading global incident management using a network of service
- providers.
- The Senior Manager concerned will also be responsible for the effective delivery and continued availability
- of physical security operational capabilities, including the timely closure of critical alarms generated by
- electronic security systems. This position will serve as the primary liaison between the GSCC and the
- location security teams, crisis management units, senior leadership and internal stakeholders and external
- engagement SPOCs where it applies specifically to security threat intelligence analysis and security
- systems’ support to locations.
- The Senior Manager concerned will act as a lead for key strategic and GSCC related projects and partner
- with regional and global staff to support the production of related products, intelligence/information
- collection management and analysis. This position requires the ability to turn difficult and evolving threat
- activities into business questions and structured analytical solutions, which drives changes, mitigation
- strategies, impacts risk management processes and informs senior decision makers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the global security risk and intelligence portfolio with an overall accountability for the delivery of

key tasks and operations across 65+ countries.- Crises management and coordination of emergency assistance across the globe using internal and

external partners.- Support a global employee base of 2,45,000.
- Manage and supervise the global security command centre team, including their professional

development, training, appraisals, performance reviews and objectives’ setting in line with the overall
- vision of the Global Security Group (GSG).- Ensure the delivery of intelligence products and risk assessments to decision makers, including daily,

weekly and monthly reports, strategic assessments, etc. covering Wipro’s global footprint.

Handle situation escalations and take executive decisions during crisis situations affecting employee
- safety/security across Wipro’s global locations. Provide strategic advice to leadership on security crisis
- situations globally.- Implement, manage and supervise Wipro’s travel security programme to ensure the safety/security of

employees. Maintain a risk-based categorisation of countries and suggest suitable security measures.- Identify high-risk regions and recommend suitable measures for employee safety/security. Create and

manage emergency response plans for high-risk regions.- Conduct global/regional/country/city-level security risk assessments and provide necessary

recommendations to sales and geo teams to ensure safe/secure operations.- Manage and coordinate on-the-ground security operations in high-risk regions using a network of

security service providers. Operations will include security and medical evacuations and emergency
- security support, among others.- Constantly monitor trends and security challenges facing Wipro’s global operations such as

geopolitical risks, conflicts, socio-political/economic related disturbances, natural calamities, etc. and
- update the management. Make necessary suggestions for policy changes due to evolving risks.- Produce briefings/presentations and present information to clients, internal stakeholders and

leadership.- Implement governance structures for robust inter-operability between the GSCC and the location

security teams.- Engage internal and external stakeholders to identify strategic intelligence gaps and develop

innovative solutions to close the identified gaps.- Develop procedures and processes to standardise and enhance security intelligence production.
- Manage relationships and collaborate with key threat intelligence and security risk consulting
