Job description: ServiceNow with TMF skills
Technical Skills:
ServiceNow Skills:
1. Should have around 2 years of hands on expertise in the ServiceNow platform related to Catalog-Driven Order Orchestration, Opportunity Management, Quote Management, Order Capture, Order Management, Order Decomposition, Order Fulfillment and Order Fallout Management capabilities.
2. Certification on SNOW platform like - ServiceNow Application Developer,
3. Development Skills: Proficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, GIT Hub Spoke, Kafka Spoke, GCP spoke, JavaScript
4. Integration Skills: Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
5. System Design: Ability to design and implement complex system solutions, including designing workflows and automations.
TMF Skills:
1. Domain Skills: TM Forum: Conversant with TM Forum open APIs (like 622, 646, 679, other order management related) and Open Digital Architecture
2. Database Skills: Understanding of relational databases and the ability to write and understand SQL queries.
3. Expertise in Telcom Order management practices, Catalog & Shopping cart expertise.
Soft Skills:
1. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and to think creatively to solve complex system problems.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Ability to manage projects, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing work.
4. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
