**JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Lead Generation**:Identifying and approaching potential clients through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- **Client Education**:Explaining the benefits, schemes, and procedures of chit funds to potential clients.
- **Scheme Promotion**:Promoting various chit fund schemes and encouraging individuals to invest.
- **Target Audience**:Focusing on specific segments of the population who may benefit from chit funds, such as individuals seeking financial assistance or businesses looking for alternative funding sources.
- **Relationship Building**:Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:Driving sales and contributing to the company's revenue targets.
- **Market Research**:Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- **Reporting**:Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Sales experience, particularly in the financial services industry, is a plus.
