**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Management & Coordination**:
- Supervise and support the junior sales team in their daily activities.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met consistently.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- **Reporting & Communication**:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management and the Director.
- Act as a communication bridge between junior sales staff and upper management.
- **Hiring & Training**:
- Look after hiring new junior sales team members.
- Conduct onboarding, training.
- **Strategy & Problem-Solving**:
- Analyze reasons for underperformance and develop practical, innovative solutions.
- Work closely with management to strategize team growth and performance improvement plans.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Assist in sales planning and coordination of promotional activities.
- Maintain CRM systems, track leads, and ensure seamless sales workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Must be a **graduate** from a recognized institution.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in sales, preferably with experience in team handling and coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Must be **disciplined with work timings** and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales management tools (CRM knowledge is a plus).
- A proactive problem-solver with a results-driven approach.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
