**Location - Gurgaon Sector - 48**

Job Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced knowledge of interior design principles, materials, construction techniques, and building codes to ensure designs are technically feasible and compliant.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; additional certifications in project management or technical specialties are advantageous.
- Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in techno-commercial interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or similar tools.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within budget and schedule constraints.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, clients, and external partners

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
