**KPPL**:Kalpakaaru Projects Pvt Ltd**: For its Greater Noida Manufacturing,Kasna Facility requires:
**GM PRODUCTION**: Furniture and Retail Fixture ManufacturingEmployment Type: Full Time and is Onsite.KPPL relates its success directly to the strength of our management team.

To continue operating at our high standards, we are seeking an experienced GM - Production with a minimum experience of 15 years of which the last 5-7 years in the manufacture of bespoke furniture and fixtures.
- You will be a born leader with previous managerial experience.
- You will have proven experience overseeing operations and production, handling complex projects along with a team of supervisors and manufacturing personnel at the plant level.
- You are an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments and have Proven experience in a Managerial role.
- You have Strong decision-making capabilities.
- As a GM -Production, you shall have strong working knowledge of operational procedures and the ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable.You have outstanding organizational and leadership skills and ultimately, you are driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Be involved and deep dive into Production Planning of Machines & act uponProcess implementation
- Oversee production & be a problem solver.
- Review all operational reports.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the facility, overseeing that work is accomplished by the managers and supervisors.
- Setting up measurement systems for output and efficiency.Advising on design and materials used.
- Thorough experience in utilizing wood, veneers & boards ,sheet metals, hardware’s, other raw materials and allied têxtiles-fabric to its optimum and minimizing wastage is mandatory.

**General Roles & Responsibilities for GM - Production**:

- Heading new products developments along with the design team & studio.
- Planning and reviewing the daily production output.
- Daily review of meetings with department managers & planning of manpower requirements in accordance.
- Standardization of material and hardware.
- Designing and checking the technical inputs of drawings of a design studio.
- Responsible for the billing and targets related to factory output.
- Should have had experience in handling Team members in excess of 200 people.
