**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively contact potential customers (cold calling or following up on leads) to introduce the company’s real estate offerings.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand the properties, services, and amenities offered by the company to answer customer queries effectively.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with prospects, gather their needs, and qualify them for potential sales opportunities.
- **Property Promotion**: Provide detailed information on available properties, including pricing, location, benefits, and investment potential.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients, nurture leads, and track progress through the sales pipeline.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate with sales teams to schedule property viewings, meetings, or consultations with clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Feedback**: Report market trends and customer preferences to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
- **Customer Support**: Address any questions or concerns customers may have regarding the property, the purchase process, or financing options.
