**Job Overview**:
As a Motion Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually and dynamic motion graphics for various digital platforms. Your role involves translating creative concepts into engaging animations, enhancing visual storytelling, and contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of multimedia content.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Conceptualization and Storyboarding**:
Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphic projects.

Transform ideas into visually appealing narratives, ensuring alignment with project goals.

**2. Animation and Design**:
Use industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects) to create 2D and/or 3D animations.

Design and animate visual elements, including typography, characters, and special effects.

**3. Visual Effects and Transitions**:
Integrate visual effects and seamless transitions to enhance the overall quality of motion graphics.

Ensure consistency in style and tone across different projects.

**4. Technical Proficiency**:
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in motion graphics design.

Utilize a variety of software tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.

**5. Collaboration**:
Work closely with creative directors, graphic designers, and other team members to execute projects.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve animations.

**6. Project Management**:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Communicate project progress and potential challenges to relevant team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing animation projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of design principles, composition, and storytelling.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya).
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of sound design and its integration into motion graphics.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning animations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
