**Title: Graphic Designer**

**Experience : 1 to 2 years**

**Role Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand's message and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to translate creative briefs into captivating visual assets across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design Creation**: Design and produce a wide range of visual assets, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, infographics, and digital advertisements.
- **Brand Identity Development**: Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all design materials, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and visual elements to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.
- **Creative Conceptualization**: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts and design ideas that effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences across different platforms and mediums.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics, and translate them into visually appealing designs that support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Design Production and Optimization**: Prepare final design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications. Optimize graphics for various platforms and screen sizes to maintain visual integrity and performance.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions and refinements into design iterations, ensuring that final deliverables meet project objectives and exceed expectations.
- **Trend Monitoring and Inspiration**: Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously inspire and innovate in design solutions, keeping our brand visually relevant and ahead of the curve.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Creativity and originality in conceptualizing and executing design ideas, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creative proficiency and technical skill.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
