**Job Purpose**:
To ensure that the production line operates efficiently and that finished products meet the required quality standards through regular checks, timely reporting, and coordination with the production and quality teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine checks on the diaper production line to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor product dimensions, sealing, absorption, and packaging integrity at various stages of production.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming products and report deviations immediately.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and update log sheets regularly.
- Assist in root cause analysis for product defects in coordination with the QA team.
- Ensure proper labeling, batch coding, and packing standards are maintained.
- Support the production team in implementing corrective actions.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards strictly within the production environment.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- ITI /Diploma / BSc. / Msc

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Line Checker or in a similar role in the diaper or any product manufacturing industry.

**Key Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of quality control parameters
- Familiarity with hygiene product standards (especially diapers)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic documentation and reporting ability

Pay: ₹8,923.21 - ₹15,000.00 per month
