Leading Electronic equipment manufacturing MNC required Civil Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: BE/B.Tech -CIVIL

Experience: 4/5 years

Should have good knowledge in Civil engineering
- Familiar with the latest building construction technologies and codes
- Familiar with the safety and applicable laws and regulations for building construction
- Knowledge for Upkeep of buildings, infrastructures and periodical maintenance
- Knowledge for preparing job scope and BOQ
- Knowledge of Autocad
- Knowledge of operation of ETPs, and water treatment plants
- Keen to maintain good 5S around the building.
- Knowledge of landscaping, beautification etc
- Should have leadership quality to lead a team of housekeeping and construction staff
- Supervise project works with legal requirements, especially health and safet

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,538.12 - ₹65,749.13 per month
