**Job Description**:
**The role**

As the Application Support Analyst, you will:

- Own and manage all aspects of the service lifecycle (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Service Improvement)
- Provide Technical guidance & Review Changes related to webMethods Platform & perform thorough impact analysis, review architecture & design of webMethods projects, propose & ensure best practices are followed for Integration Changes
- Ensure consistent delivery and operation of the IT service(s)
- Plan & Track Remediation activities to closure, plan and implement service maintenance and development projects.
- Continually review opportunities to improve the IT service(s) and service provision processes; develop and execute improvement plans.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum Graduation in any discipline
- Strong experience in webMethods
- Experience in delivery and operation of the IT service(s).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline
- webMethods Certifications will be preferred
