**Beauty Merlin Training Academy is looking a Makeup Artist Trainer for our South Extension Branch**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:Creating and updating training materials and programs to ensure they are comprehensive and relevant.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:Evaluating trainee skills and knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring their progress throughout the training period.
- **Industry Updates**:Staying current with the latest makeup trends, products, and techniques to ensure the training is up-to-date.
- **Client Communication**:Helping students learn how to communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized makeup looks.

**Required Skills**:

- **Expert Makeup Skills**:A strong foundation of makeup artistry, including advanced techniques and knowledge of various products.
- **Teaching and Communication Skills**:The ability to effectively communicate complex information, provide clear instructions, and create a positive learning environment.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:The ability to interact with trainees, build rapport, and create a supportive learning environment.
- **Organization and Time Management**:The ability to organize training materials, manage class schedules, and effectively deliver content.
- **Experienced**: At least 3-5 years experience of Makup Artist and as Trainer.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
