Role and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive at Picaboo

**1. Lead Response and Management**:

- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries generated from various sources including the
- data collected by photographers and other marketing activities.
- Proactively make cold calls to potential clients from the existing database to pitch
- portraiture sessions including maternity, newborn, toddler, and family shoots.

**2. Sales and Promotions**:

- Effectively communicate the details of available portraiture sessions, event
- photography and filming services, and décor options to potential clients.
- Cross-sell additional products and services newly launched by the company to
- maximize revenue opportunities.

**3. Sales Closure**:

- Close sales according to the offerings of the company and in line with the lead cycle.
- Follow up diligently on leads to convert inquiries into sales, ensuring a high conversion rate.

**4. Training and Development**:

- Actively participate in training sessions provided by the company to enhance sales
- techniques and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and pricing to ensure accurate information
- is conveyed to clients.

**5. Record Keeping and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Raise invoices, collect payments, and document all transactions promptly and accurately.

**6 Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process and responding to any queries or concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet those needs.

**7. Coordination with Production Team**:

- Coordinate closely with the Production Manager to ensure a smooth transition from the sale to the execution phase, ensuring all client requirements are clearly communicated and understood.

**8. Reporting**:

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management that reflect the sales activities and achievements against targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
