Job Summary:
We are hiring a female Telecaller who is fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. The role involves connecting with customers to promote our products/services, handle queries, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.

Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system.

Handle inquiries and follow up with interested leads.

Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Key Skills Required:
Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Polite, confident, and customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.

Freshers with strong language skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Salary**: As per industry standards + attractive incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
