Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
- Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as an AR Caller in Revenue Cycle Management Process
- A brief understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle.
- Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
- If the claim has already been paid, ask the insurance company for Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- **Note**: No Hospital Billing.

**Requirements**:

- Any degree with relevant experience can apply
- Experience in AR Caller minimum 1 year.
- Preferably Immediate Joiners
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
- Smart and enthusiastic
- Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun week off)
- Night shift
- US shift
- Work from Office
