- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with a strong command of academic tone and style.
- Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms and digital content tools.
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in scholarly publishing.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Edit and proofread materials for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Experience in accessibility (alt text writing) and inclusive content practices (WCAG compliance).
- Knowledge of developing assessment items for multiple formats, including:

- Multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
- Constructed-response and open-ended questions
- Performance-based tasks
- Quizzes, tests, and end-of-unit assessments
