We are hiring a Data Scientist to design, build, and maintain scalable systems and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- 0 - 2 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Must Have - Education in Computer Science or Information Technology from IIT, IISC, ISI, NIT (Trichy, Rourkela, Surathkal)
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Solid grasp of Statistics, Linear Algebra, and hypothesis/model testing
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms
- Excellent analytical skills to fetch data from reliable sources to generate accurate insights
- Experience in tech and product teams is a plus

**Responsibilities**
- Develop models and run experiments to infer insights from hard data
- Improve product usability and identify new growth opportunities
- Build ranking and recommender systems to enhance user experience
- Develop computer vision systems to assist sellers in product listing
- Detect fraud and optimize order fulfillment processes
- Model seasonal demand to predict key organizational metrics
