**Job Description for Video Editor and Graphic Designer**

**Position Title**: Video Editor and Graphic Designer
**Location**: Najafgarh, Delhi 110043
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Reports To**: Project Manager

**Role Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing**
- Edit raw video footage to create polished, high-quality content for various platforms (social media, websites, presentations, etc.).
- Enhance video content with motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and sound design.
- Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and conceptualize video projects.
- Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Manage post-production processes, including color correction, audio mixing, and rendering.

**Graphic Design**
- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
- Design banners, posters, thumbnails, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain brand assets, ensuring consistency across all visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
- Understanding of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with file formats, codecs, and media production workflows.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Excellent storytelling and narrative skills for video projects.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualities**
- Experience with social media video trends and platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Knowledge of photography and camera handling.
- Interest in branding and marketing strategies.
