- Ability to deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations
**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Demonstrate and carry out efficient nursing care, taking care of personal comfort of the patients, administration of drugs and treatment, observation and recording of vital parameters.
- Prepare patients for examinations and should do health profiling.
- Running the screening programmes for risk stratification, engaging & counselling patients on modifying the risk factors and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor and record the patient's condition and document provided care services.
- Part of the care team for the patients - helping, engaging in every step of the care.
- Help in organizing and participating in community health camps and vaccination drives.
- Participate and help with clinical investigations/procedures.
- Maintenance of patient’s records online
- Give information and health education to patients and their attendants.
- Intimation to clinical ops team of any emergency or unusual occurrence in the clinic health hub
- Maintaining good interpersonal relationships among all the categories of staff and with patients and their relatives.
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic, its annexes and environments. Proper upkeep of all medical equipment.
- Make indents for drugs, surgical supplies and other necessary consumables from head office.
- Keep custody of dangerous drugs and record of their administration.
- Daily check of emergency drugs and life savings equipment.
- Maintenance of stock registers, inventories.
- Investigate complaints if any.
- Participate in service education of nursing personnel and attend meetings at head office.
- Perform any other duty as may be specified from time to time.
Working days: Mon to Saturday
Work timings: 9.30 to 1pm to 4 to 8.30pm
