We are looking for a highly committed individual for the role of Ecommerce Executive. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll play a vital part in managing and maintaining our ecommerce platform’s product listings. You’ll ensure that all product information, including descriptions, images, and prices, are up to date and accurate, while also helping with various day-to-day operations like coordinating with the marketing and finance teams.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Product Management & Updates**:

- Continuously manage and update product listings on the ecommerce website, ensuring product information, including descriptions, images, and prices, is current and accurate.
- Regularly audit and maintain large databases of product details in Excel, verifying and updating data as necessary to reflect the latest offerings and promotions.

**Content Oversight**:

- Oversee the accuracy of product content on the website, ensuring all information, from images to technical specifications, aligns with the brand's latest standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product promotions, descriptions, and content are in line with ongoing campaigns.

**Operational Support**:

- Assist in the day-to-day ecommerce operations, including tracking and updating courier details, extracting and analyzing monthly website reports, and performing other administrative tasks that support the smooth functioning of the platform.

**Financial Coordination**:

- Support financial operations by managing product pricing updates and coordinating with the finance team to ensure pricing is accurately reflected across the site.

**Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align product listings with current campaigns, promotions, and strategies, ensuring optimal presentation and sales performance.
- Assist in light marketing operations, including campaign tracking and content placement.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze website performance reports on a monthly basis, identifying trends and offering insights that can help optimize product listings and customer experience.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:_

**Education**:Any Bachelor’s degree

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data and multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task, especially in maintaining product data and updating content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
