Position - Voice Coach

Role and Responsibility - Conduct voice and accent training sessions for CSRs to improve their pronunciation, intonation, and diction. Provide guidance on appropriate language usage and communication etiquette in accordance with the client's requirements.

Requirements - **Minimum Qualification - Graduation - Any stream**

**2-4 years of International Voice - Customer Service Experience**

**Excellent Communication and Training Skills**

Experience Related Documents mandatory - Offer Letter, Pay Slips, Relieving Letter

Shift Timings - 24/7 Rotational Shifts

5 days working with 2 rotational week offs

Transport facility provided by the company
