An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3. Creating policies and procedures.
4. Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
5. Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
